What CNC turning services do you offer?
We provide production and prototype CNC turning, long-part machining, deep bore turning, precision threading, and tight-tolerance finishing for oil & gas, aerospace, defense, and industrial applications.
What tolerances can you hold on turned parts?
Typical work holds ±0.001 in; critical features can be held to ±0.0005 in where design, fixturing, and process control allow. All tolerances are validated against the print and applicable standards.
Which materials do you machine for CNC turning?
We work with carbon and alloy steels such as 4140 and 4340, stainless steels including 304, 316, and 17-4PH, nickel-based alloys like Inconel, Monel, and Hastelloy, along with aluminum, bronze, and other engineer-grade metals specified on your drawing.
What tolerances can you hold with CNC turning?
We regularly hold turning tolerances down to ±0.0005”, depending on material, geometry, and inspection requirements.
Do you support oil & gas standards such as API 6A?
Yes. We regularly manufacture API-relevant components to print, including wellhead and downhole parts, with inspection documentation aligned to customer and industry requirements.
What quality system do you use for inspection and traceability?
Our processes follow practices with documented in-process and final inspection. CMM and calibrated gauges are used for critical features. Material certs, heat-lot traceability, and FAIR/PPAP are available upon request.
What file types do you accept for quotes and manufacturing?
STEP, IGES, and native 3D models are preferred. We also accept PDF and DXF prints. Please include material, quantity, required tolerances, finishes, and any special notes for the most accurate quote.
