What oil & gas components do you machine?
We manufacture a wide range of oilfield parts including API 6A flanges, valve bodies, crossover subs, mandrels, tool joints, downhole sleeves, and riser connectors. We support both prototype and production quantities.
What materials can you machine for oilfield applications?
We specialize in machining Inconel 718, Monel 400/K500, Hastelloy, Duplex and Super Duplex stainless, 4140/4340, and 17-4PH. All materials are sourced with full traceability and can be certified to NACE MR0175 and API standards.
Do you machine API 6A-compliant parts?
Yes. We machine parts to API 6A dimensional and material requirements, including flanges, hubs, blind caps, and threaded connectors. Full documentation, MTRs, and dimensional reports are available upon request.
Can you handle exotic alloys like Inconel and Monel?
Yes. We routinely machine Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy, and other heat- and corrosion-resistant alloys used in oil & gas environments. Our tooling, speeds, and setups are optimized for these materials.
What tolerances can you hold on oilfield parts?
We routinely hold tolerances down to ±0.0005" on turned components and ±0.001" on milled features. Concentricity, roundness, and surface finish are tightly controlled for sealing and pressure-rated parts.
How fast can I get a quote?
