Machine list — 10 CNC machines documented
Every machine on our floor has a dedicated white paper documenting its specs, alloys we run on it, typical part types, and quality documentation. All four industries covered — oil & gas, aerospace, defense, industrial.
How our capabilities map to your part
Turned parts (shafts, plungers, mandrels, wellhead spools, downhole tool bodies) go to our CNC turning centers. Small-envelope precision on the Hi-Eco pair, large heavy work on the Mega and Samsung SL-65A. Prismatic parts (aerospace brackets, wellhead bodies, complex 3D geometry) go to CNC milling on the Fadal or YCM. Deep central bores (long L/D oilfield tool bodies, hydraulic cylinders) go to UNISIG-class deep-hole drilling. Manual work handles one-offs, fixtures, and prototype-scale jobs.
