Do you machine API 6A wellhead and completion components?
Yes. We machine to API 6A tolerances routinely — bodies, bonnets, adapters, hangers, valve internals, and mating surfaces — in materials from 4130/4140/4340 through 17-4 PH, Inconel 718 and 625, and Super Duplex. Full material traceability, heat/lot documentation, first-article inspection with CMM data.
What exotic alloys do you work in for oil & gas parts?
Inconel 718 and 625, Hastelloy C-276, 17-4 PH (all conditions), Super Duplex 2507, Duplex 2205, Titanium Grade 5, Monel K-500, 4140/4340 pre-hard, and high-chrome tool steels. Sharp tooling and proven feeds/speeds for each — we're not learning on your part.
How fast can you turn around emergency frac / rig-down repair work?
For existing customers with stocked material: same-day to next-day is realistic. New customers with stocked alloy: 2–5 days including material verification. Rush emergency work gets prioritized on the schedule.
Do you reverse-engineer discontinued oilfield parts from samples?
Yes. Send a worn or discontinued part; we CMM-measure it, PMI-verify the alloy, hardness-test to infer heat treat condition, and produce replacements with full traceability. Standard sustainment work for downhole tools, wireline tools, and API-adjacent hardware.
What tolerances do you hold on critical oil & gas features?
±0.0005" routine on critical dimensions, tighter with careful setup. Every critical feature gets first-article CMM verification and in-process gauging. Certified gauges and granite plates. Documented via first-article inspection reports.
Do you serve operators in the Permian, Eagle Ford, and Haynesville?
Yes. We ship parts daily to operators and service companies across all three plays. Nationwide ground and freight from New Waverly. Local pickup available for Montgomery County / Walker County customers.
