Alloy fluency across every industry
Different industries lean on different alloys, but we run them all every week. Oil & gas: Inconel 718 and 625, Super Duplex 2507, 17-4 PH, 4140, Monel K-500. Aerospace: Titanium Ti-6Al-4V, Inconel 718, 6061 and 7075 aerospace aluminum, 15-5 PH. Defense: 17-4 PH, 4340, Inconel, defense-spec alloys with ITAR-aware handling. Industrial: 4140, 4340, 1018/1045, aluminum, tool steels, stainless — the workhorse alloys of general manufacturing.
Machine capacity mapped to your industry
Every one of our 10 CNC machines has industry-specific documentation. A frac pump plunger in Inconel goes to a different machine than an aerospace bracket in titanium or a downhole tool body needing a deep central bore. Our white papers document the fit machine-by-machine.

What CNC machining services does B&R Productions offer?
CNC turning, CNC milling, manual machining, and manual milling. Seven CNC lathes, two CNC mills, one UNISIG-class deep-hole drilling machine, plus manual lathes and mills for one-off precision work. Full-service from prototype through production.
What alloys do you machine regularly?
Inconel 718 and 625, Super Duplex 2507, 17-4 PH, 4140, 4340, Monel K-500, titanium Ti-6Al-4V, 6061 and 7075 aerospace aluminum, and 304/316 stainless. Oilfield exotic alloys weekly.
