Terms of Service
Acceptance of terms
By accessing bandrproduction.com you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Quotes and orders
- Quotes provided by B&R Productions (“we”, “us”) are valid for 30 days from issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Quotes are based on the drawings, specifications, and quantities supplied at time of quote. Material or specification changes may require re-quoting.
- Orders are accepted upon our written confirmation. Verbal orders may be executed at our discretion but written confirmation is preferred.
Deliverables
- Parts ship to the specifications on the drawing, per the tolerance and finish callouts.
- Standard documentation (Certificate of Conformance, Mill Test Report for the raw material, first-article inspection report where applicable) is included at no additional charge.
- Program-specific quality documentation beyond the standard package may involve additional cost and is discussed at quote. B&R is not ITAR-registered or AS9100-registered; work requiring either must be placed with a registered facility.
Non-conformance and warranty
- Parts that fail to meet the print or agreed specification will be corrected, remade, or credited at our discretion.
- Non-conformance claims must be made within 30 days of receipt.
- We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use parts we produce.
- Warranty does not extend to normal wear, misuse, modification by the buyer, or service beyond the parts' specified operating conditions.
Intellectual property
- Prints, drawings, and specifications provided to us remain the property of the customer.
- We hold customer-supplied information in confidence. NDAs are honored where in place.
- Manufacturing know-how, tooling, and process documentation we develop remains our property.
Payment terms
Standard payment terms are net-30 for approved credit accounts. New customers may be asked to pay in advance or via credit card for the first order. Late payments accrue interest per Texas law.
Cancellation and change orders
Orders may be cancelled or modified before material is committed. Once material is procured or work is started, cancellation/modification may involve restocking or work-in-progress charges.

- Do not attempt to scrape, mirror, or reverse-engineer this site or its content beyond normal browsing use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Walker County or Montgomery County, Texas.
