Emergency CNC Machining — Same-Day for Rig-Down Work

Every hour a rig is down costs real money. When a fluid end cracks, a valve seat fails, or a critical downhole tool comes back destroyed, you don't need a quote next Tuesday — you need a shop that picks up the phone and starts running steel.

Materials we run weekly: Inconel 718 · Inconel 625 · Super Duplex 2507 · 17-4 PH · Nitronic 50/60 · 4140 pre-hard · 4340 · Monel K-500

How we handle emergencies

Call (936) 291-7827 directly — say "rig-down" and you get straight to the shop floor, not a form. If the material is on our shelf (Inconel 718, 625, Super Duplex 2507, 17-4 PH, Nitronic 50/60, 4140/4340), same-day and next-day are realistic for most part sizes. If the material has to be ordered, we're honest about lead time and expedite where possible.

What we stock for emergencies

Common oilfield alloys in bar stock and forging sizes buyers usually need: 17-4 PH (H900 and annealed conditions), Inconel 718 (aged and solution-annealed), Super Duplex 2507 (UNS S32750), 4140/4340 pre-hard. Round-bar, flat-bar, and forgings for wellhead-grade components. If you routinely need an alloy we don't stock, we can pre-position it under a blanket.

What we don't do

We don't quote emergency turnarounds we can't hit. If the material has to come in from a mill on a lead time, we say so before you cut the PO. Nothing kills trust faster than an emergency shop that promises Wednesday and delivers next month.

Who this is for

Frac fleet operators mid-stage. Wellhead crews with a stuck run. Wireline and coil-tubing service companies with a fishing job that won't set. Oil and gas operators facing lost production. Aerospace and defense customers with AOG (aircraft-on-ground) needs. We prioritize customers who are actively down over routine production work.

Parts we machine

  • Fluid ends and plungers
  • Valve bodies, seats, retainers
  • Wellhead spools and adapters
  • Downhole tool bodies and subs
  • Wireline running/pulling/fishing tools
  • Frac pump internals
  • Choke bodies and internals
  • Emergency reverse-engineered parts

Frequently asked questions

How do I actually reach you for an emergency?

Call (936) 291-7827 direct. Say "rig-down" or "emergency" and the phone gets to the shop floor. For after-hours emergencies, leave a voicemail — we route emergencies off-hours.

What's realistic for same-day turnaround?

Depends on the part and the material. Simple turned parts in a stocked alloy: same-day is realistic. Complex fixtures or a 4-hour-per-part Inconel program: next-day at best. We tell you honestly at the phone call.

Do you charge more for emergency work?

Expedite pricing on emergency runs is standard shop practice — overtime, weekend labor, expedited material. We quote it upfront so there are no surprises. Repeat customers with blanket orders get preferential pricing.

Can you help if you can't hit the timeline?

Yes — we know the other real shops in East Texas and Houston. If we can't help but a competitor can, we'll say so. The relationship matters more than one job.
